📦 Return Eligibility

Because we operate through trusted dropshipping partners such as Modalyst and Spocket, return eligibility and handling may vary depending on the supplier.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Photos or videos showing the defect/damage are required for verification.

🔔 Important Notes:

  • Items marked Final Sale, Limited Edition, or Personal Care Products (e.g. cosmetics, skincare) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations.

  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect size/variant selections by the customer.
    Please double-check product details before placing your order.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, unless the item is received defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If this occurs:

  • Contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt.

  • Include order number + photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on supplier availability.


💰 Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • In some cases, partial refunds may apply if only part of the order was affected.


🚚 Return Process & Address

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners:

  • Do not send any items back before contacting us.

  • All return requests must be processed via email first.

  • We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions based on your order's supplier.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
